French Collection has an extremely easy and friendly return policy. We will promptly refund the full amount of the purchase price for European purchases, returned in original condition within 14 days of purchase. Your refund will be made in the form of your original payment within two working days of our receipt of the merchandise. In the event items are not returned in their original condition, the return will be at our discretion and may include a refurbishing fee. Please contact us and we will provide you with an addressed, pre-paid FedEx label together with packing instructions.

International returns are handled as with European Buyers but are subject to the cost of shipping both ways and any applicable customs duties and taxes.
